Our fees
Initial consultation — £249 · 45 minutes
The first step in your journey: a thorough "360° life audit." Dr Gupta takes time to understand your story, symptoms, medical and family history and goals, reviews your pre-consultation questionnaire, and creates your personalised plan — including any blood tests needed. Your plan may include lifestyle guidance, and treatment or prescriptions where clinically appropriate. Includes one month of email support for follow-up questions or clarifications.
Follow-up review — £150 · 30 minutes
When: 4–10 weeks after your initial consultation, then every 3–6 months. Time to assess how you're responding to your plan, review any changes since your first visit, and adjust your care. Ongoing reviews like this are usually recommended every 3–6 months.
Telephone consultation — £90 · 15 minutes
When: as needed. For queries that can't be resolved by email, or when you need a conversation but not a full review.
Blood tests — £50 · 15 minutes (appointment), plus the cost of the specific tests
When: as needed. Blood tests may be recommended to rule out other conditions that can mimic menopausal symptoms, to support safe and appropriate prescribing, or for preventative health screening such as a well-woman check. Test costs vary and are confirmed before any test is arranged.
Prescription admin fee — £30
When: as needed. Applied when a private prescription is issued as part of your care. This covers the clinical and administrative work of prescribing only — the cost of any medication is separate and charged directly by the dispensing pharmacy.
How prescriptions work
Where a prescription is issued as part of your care, it's dispensed through a registered online pharmacy . You'll receive a secure payment link directly from the pharmacy; once that's paid, the pharmacy arranges a delivery slot — usually within 24–48 hours.
Medication costs are set and charged by the pharmacy, separately from your consultation and prescription admin fees, so you always have a clear picture of what you're paying for and why.
