The Spring Metabolic Reset 2026

90-minute masterclass — 14 May 2026

For South Asian Women Who Are Done Being Told Their Bloods Are Normal

A 90-minute evidence-based masterclass with an NHS GP and Lifestyle Medicine Physician who understands both the biology and the culture — and why standard advice has been failing South Asian women for decades.

3–5×

Higher T2DM risk in South Asian women
vs the general population

10 yrs

Earlier onset of metabolic disease in South Asian women

BMI 23

The South Asian threshold where metabolic risk begins — not 25

THE BIOLOGY

South Asian women store fat differently — more viscerally, at a lower BMI — in ways standard tools don't measure or flag.

THE PROBLEM

You're doing everything right.
Something still isn't working.

THE GUIDELINES

NHS reference ranges and BMI thresholds were derived from European populations. The 'normal' range may not be normal for you.

THE GAP

Generic wellness advice ignores ethnicity. There are almost no clinicians who combine the clinical evidence with cultural fluency.

What you'll learn

90 minutes of clinical-grade insight, built specifically for South Asian women

01

Why your biology is different

The evidence on South Asian metabolic phenotype — visceral fat, insulin resistance, and why your BMI is the wrong number to track.

04

What to say to your GP

The exact questions to ask in a 10-minute appointment to get the referrals, tests, and conversations your health deserves.

02

The tests that actually matter

Beyond HbA1c and cholesterol — the specific markers that reveal your true metabolic picture, and how to request them.

05

A reset framework to start now

A practical, culturally-grounded protocol you can begin this week — with real food, realistic movement, and no guilt.

03

What the evidence says works

The five lifestyle medicine interventions with the strongest evidence in South Asian populations — not generic advice.

YOUR GUIDE

Dr Tripti Gupta

MBBS MRCGP BSLM-Certified Physician Health Coach

I have spent fifteen years in NHS general practice watching the same pattern repeat. South Asian women — conscientious, health-aware, doing everything their doctors told them — arriving with metabolic disease that standard screening failed to catch early enough.

I built this masterclass because I could not find one that combined the clinical evidence with the cultural context that South Asian women actually need.

I hold a Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, practise clinically three days a week in the NHS, and hold practicing privileges at a private hospital. I also happen to be a South Asian woman who has lived everything I'm about to teach you.

"The standard advice was not written for our bodies. This session is."

Questions

Frequently asked

Is this only for South Asian women?

The content is specifically designed around the South Asian metabolic phenotype, so it will be most directly applicable to South Asian women. Women of other backgrounds with similar metabolic patterns may also find it relevant and are welcome.

Will the session be recorded?

Yes. All registered attendees receive a recording within 48 hours of the live session, regardless of whether they attended live. The recording is yours to keep.

What if I can't attend live?

Register anyway and watch the recording at your convenience. You'll also receive any slides or resources shared during the session. However, the live Q&A at the end is only available to those attending in real time.

What platform will the masterclass run on?

Zoom. You'll receive a joining link by email after registration. No account or download is required to join — you can attend via your browser on any device.

I'm a healthcare professional — is this relevant to me?

Yes. The content is evidence-based and clinically referenced. GPs, practice nurses, dietitians, and other clinicians working with South Asian patients have found previous sessions directly applicable to their practice. A certificate of attendance is provided.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the session date. After that, your registration is transferable — you can pass it to someone else — but non-refundable.
